Apple Harvesting

Everyone enjoyed using some of our apple harvest to make fresh apple juice.
Apples had to be sorted to choose the best ones, washed, cut up into small pieces and then squeezed using the juicer.  We were amazed how many apples were needed to make a few litres of juice!
We all enjoyed sampling the fresh apple juice. It was delicious and totally organic!  The pulp left over was given to the wildlife and birds.
