Bolster Community - Friends for Life

A huge thank you to Valentina and Claire from Bolster Community (funded by Mace), who have delivered 10 weeks of the 'Friends for Life' programme to all of the children.
During this time the children had the opportunity to explore their feelings and were provided with strategies to cope with and manage the less helpful emotions we all experience. During the course there was a strong focus on building personal resilience to help us through our tricky times. We'd like to thank the ladies for their enthusiasm, patience, skills and support 👏👏
