Culture & Identity workshop

Today KS2 visited Churchill P.S., for a joint lesson with their friends from Churchill, to explore the theme of Culture and Identity. They discussed what the terms meant and explored how cultural identity relates to our lives in Northern Ireland. Through practical, fun activities they developed a deeper understanding and respect for the cultural identities of others and our shared cultural identity. Thanks to The Speedwell Trust who devised and delivered the lesson and to staff and pupils of Churchill P.S. who made us very welcome.
