Green Day for Trocaire

The Student Council organised a green to raise money for Trocaire. Pupils came to school dressed in green and enjoyed  a  great day of celebrations to mark the occasion.   Pupils baked green shamrock cupcakes, made St Patrick’s day cards, recited poetry and  sang songs.  The student council put on a ‘St Patrick’ play written, directed and produced by them.  They were also on hand to help the younger children make Saint Patrick’s Day cards.  The day ended with a ceilidh in the school hall.  £50 was raised for Trocaire.  Well done to all.
