Irish Language Awards

Congratulations to the P5-7 children who received an award from the Tyrone County Board for their efforts to learn conversational Irish.

This new initiative has been led by the Tyrone County Board Cultural Officer, Mr Donal McGee.  He has supported Miss Largey in delivering the lessons.  The presentation of certificates and pins was made by the Tyrone County Board Chairperson, Mr Michael Kerr.  Also in attendance was Mr Pearse Gildernew from Aghaloo Football Club. Well done boys and girls - we are all very proud of you!
